Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund terms. These policies apply to all direct bookings made through our website.

Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Check-In

Guests who cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Cancellations Within 7 Days of Check-In

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
This includes:

  • Early departures

  • No-shows

  • Last-minute schedule changes

Cancellations Between 8–13 Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Weather, Travel, or Personal Disruptions

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation issues

  • Illness or personal emergencies

Host-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to emergencies, safety concerns, or property issues:

  • You will receive a full refund, and

  • We will make every reasonable effort to assist with alternative arrangements (if possible).
