Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CNR Retreats. By booking a stay with us directly through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees unless noted.

  • The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and will be considered the primary guest.​

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 12pm

  • Check-out: 12pm

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

4. House Rules

Guests must follow all posted house rules, including but not limited to:

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No unregistered guests or parties.

  • Respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise approved.

  • Dispose of trash properly and leave the property in reasonable condition.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction and loss of payment.

5. Property Use

  • The property is intended for short-term lodging only.

  • Commercial use, events, or parties are not permitted without prior written consent.

  • Guests agree to use the property responsibly and not engage in any illegal activity on the premises.

6. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay.

  • We reserve the right to charge the guest’s payment method for repair or replacement costs.

  • CNR Retreats is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft that occurs on the property.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information (such as name, contact, and payment details) solely for booking and communication purposes.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Monroe County court jurisdiction.
